- Execute effective coordination and document management in preparation of bid proposals.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather the required information for tender process as well as to clarify tender details and resolve queries.
- Facilitate data collection and analysis to monitor performance and plan for improvements initiatives.
- Maintaining records, files and documentation system.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any fields. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
