7.1 To submit report to Executive / H.O.D. for management weekly meeting on the latest marketing status.
7.2 To assist in preparing weekly marketing plan for H.O.D weekly.
7.3 To update daily activities and all development status weekly.
7.4 To assist in preparing sales forecast report for management review meeting
7.5 To attend all customer/supplier inquiries complaints, vendor briefing and involve in vendor improvement activities.
7.6 To assist in establish NPR and IFQ for quotation preparation together with all necessary documentation including quotation from mould maker, material supplier and drawing.
7.7 Quotation which are prepared and submitted must be kept in confidential
7.8 To follow up on development status with supplier/toolmaker (Mould, Material & child part) and to ensure job completed on time or as per schedule.
7.9 To liaise with mould maker, material supplier on latest technology related to automotive industry.
7.10 To follow up on all outstanding debt from customers and to ensure its collection from time to time.
7.11 To assist in doing market analysis on automotive industry and identify possible areas which AHP could participate and penetrate.
7.12 Participate on any related exhibition to explore new market, customer, technologies and industries.
7.13 To liase with government agencies and related association for business opportunities and marketing strategies.
7.14 To explore of new potential domestic and foreign customers for global market. 7.15 To assist in doing Customer Satisfaction Survey and the analysis.
7.16 To ensure TS16949/QS9000/ISO 9002 procedure at B&D dept was carried out efficiently.
7.17 Others as determined by the Management from time to time.
