Job description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events such as roadshows, exhibitions, outlet samplings, and tea truck campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and field crews to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Supervise on-site setup and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality, glitch-free events.
- Track and report on event performance, including sales and stock updates.
- Identify creative advertising or branding opportunities in high-impact locations.
- Monitor supplier performance and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct post-event reviews and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Possess own transport for travelling
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point.
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible hours
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in events or marketing roles is an advantage
