Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce ecosystems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Highly committed in managing Key Accounts, great sense of responsibility.
Great understanding and utilizations of Microsoft Excel formulas.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships with clients.
Ability to multitask and thrive in super fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing team is a plus.
Trilingual (including Mandarin for international clients) is an advantage.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Oversee daily operations of brand stores on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others.
Plan and implement annual promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events to maximize sales.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Generates sales report, billing report, analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Optimize pricing strategies, discounts, and bundling to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and ensure achievement of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling digital marketing campaigns.
Manage content, creative assets, and brand positioning to ensure a consistent online presence.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Resolve and monitor operational and logistics issues in a timely manner.
