About the Role
As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store presence across multiple platforms. This includes updating product listings, coordinating promotions, monitoring sales performance, and supporting customer experience efforts.
This full-time position is based in Sri Petaling, and is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and ready to grow in the world of e-commerce.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, website).
- Handle data entry, and monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and campaign performance.
- Plan and execute promotions and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment.
- Track and enhance customer experience through reviews, Q&A, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Assist with daily operations, order processing, and ensuring marketplace compliance.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase traffic and improve conversions。
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online retail.
- At least 1 year of experience is required for junior-level positions.
- At least 3 years of experience is required for Executive positions.
- Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee.
- Comfortable with basic data analysis and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
