Early Years Teacher
Purpose of Role
We are looking for a Early Years (3-5 years) Teachers & Professionals to join the International Primary School – Early Years Team and help us take our learners to the next level in their learning. If you want to be part of our team, you will need to be experienced and knowledgeable about the teaching of our national language. You will need to be passionate about the importance of the Early Education and have expertise in the Early Years and the way that young children learn. You will be joining a large team and community of like-minded professionals who work collaboratively to ensure the very best opportunities for our children, and work in partnership with their parents and carers.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education is a prerequisite.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
- A professional who recognises and understands the importance of catering for each unique child.
- An EY expert who can design a classroom environment that facilitates learning and development through continuous provision.
- An EY expert who recognises the importance of parent partnerships and who can build strong and positive relationships with families.
- A positive and strong communicator, with excellent English language skills.
- Mandarin speakers are also highly desirable.
- Strong written English language skills, with experience in writing observations and compiling learning journals is highly desirable.
- A flexible, dynamic team-player, who is proactive, hardworking and passionate about Early Years Education.
- A commitment to Continuous Professional Development and drive to keep getting better, as part of a school where we all see ourselves as learners.

INTERVIEWS
Initial interviews will be completed Face to Face whenever possible.
