E-Commerce Live Host Supervisor
Position OVERVIEW :
The E-Commerce Live Host Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising the live hosting team to ensure engaging, professional, and sales-driven live streaming sessions. This role ensures smooth execution of live shows, optimizes host performance, and drives audience engagement and conversions in line with company objectives.
Responsibility :
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise the live hosting team (hosts, co-hosts, and support crew).
- Schedule, assign, and monitor live hosting sessions.
- Provide real-time guidance during live shows when necessary.
2. Performance & Training
- Train and coach live hosts to improve presentation skills, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Monitor hosts’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop SOPs and best practices for live hosting.
3. Content & Execution
- Ensure each live session follows the prepared script, product highlights, and promotional guidelines.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to align live content with campaigns.
- Guarantee professionalism, enthusiasm, and brand consistency in all live sessions.
4. Sales & Engagement Monitoring
- Track live show KPIs (viewership, engagement, conversion, sales).
- Suggest strategies to increase sales and audience interaction during live commerce sessions.
- Ensure hosts effectively promote products and engage with audience questions.
5. Operational Excellence
- Oversee technical readiness (lighting, sound, background, internet connection, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues during live sessions to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and platform policies.

Requirements :
1. Proven experience in live hosting, sales, or e-commerce.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Knowledge of live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, FB Live, etc.).
5. Creative, energetic, and sales-oriented personality.
6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
