Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our e-commerce operations and support online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and eager to learn, with a keen eye for content and product presentation.
Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage and update product listings on Lazada, Shopee, and other online platforms.
- Upload new products with accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Perform daily price adjustments and update promotional campaigns based on market trends.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates of product availability.
- Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and returns/refunds on e-commerce platforms.
2. Content & Visual Management
- Edit product photos, banners, and graphics to enhance listing appeal.
- Create SEO-friendly product descriptions, titles, and visuals.
- Collaborate with the photography or content team (if any) to improve product presentation.
3. Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute online campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, etc.) across Lazada and Shopee.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaign participation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Assist with content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficient in Malay and English.
- Open to learning and capable of handling entry-level tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
Employment Details
- Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Day shift & Afternoon shift)
- Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month
- Additional Compensation: Attendance bonus, commission, overtime pay, annual performance bonus
