DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
1. Establishing and maintaining systems for organizing and storing all documents, such as drawings, reports, and contracts, ensuring they are categorized and accessible.
2. Implementing version control to track revisions and ensure that only the latest approved versions are distributed, managing the entire document lifecycle from creation to archiving.
3. Ensuring all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements by conducting regular audits of the document control system.
4. Providing administrative support to project teams, which includes managing document submissions and providing timely access to project information.
5. Maintaining both electronic and hard copy filing systems for project documentation, creating a clear and organized system for easy retrieval.
6. To carry out any other duties may be as assigned by the Management from time to time.
ADMINISTRATIONS
General office duties, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling telephone communications.
1. Monitor and record road tax & maintenance Company’s vehicles.
2. Record office equipment (servicing), stationery & PPE (requisitions), Company vehicles & machine record monitoring for maintenance and renewal.
3. Record petty cash & claims of the utility’s usage bill for office and staff’s houses.
4. Monitor and record office inventory list, Company property inventory issued to the staffs.
5. Filing documents; supervise office cleaning and meeting arrangement; handle F&B refreshment for any events conducted at office.
6. Supervised and arrange to maintain staff’s houses cleanliness and facilities.
7. Compile monthly staff attendance including OT form, Time-off form, Leave form, medical cert and claim; etc. that submitted from site.
8. To carry out any other duties may be as assigned by the Management from time to time.
To be based at HQ Office, Conezion Commercial IOI Resort City, Putrajaya.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
