Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating all POD settlements and POD inventory adjustments in the system according to given deadlines.
- Prepare monthly transporter billing reports for any undelivered stock variances, as well as other POD-related reports.
- Verify that each POD invoice is correctly stamped and signed by the customer’s company, and that it matches the delivery address stated in the system.
- Ensure the quantities recorded in the load sheet (load-in versus load-out) by the inbound checker are accurate.
- Provide feedback and report any discrepancies between inventory adjustment quantities and POD settlement quantities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or SPM.
- Relevant working experience in a related field.
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, and other software applications).
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
