Patient Care:
- Conduct consultations for general medical complaints (e.g., fever, cold, infections, hypertension, diabetes, GI issues).
- Take comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations.
- Prescribe and manage medications, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules.
- Provide health education, disease prevention advice, and lifestyle counseling.
- Identify high-risk cases and refer to specialists or higher centers appropriately.
Antenatal & Women's Health (If Applicable):
- Perform routine antenatal check-ups for pregnant women.
- Monitor basic maternal parameters (BP, weight, fetal heart sounds).
- Educate patients on nutrition, warning signs, and birth preparedness.
- Refer high-risk pregnancies to gynecologists or maternity hospitals.
Clinic Operations:
- Order and interpret basic investigations (e.g., blood tests, urine analysis, ECG).
- Perform or assist in minor procedures (e.g., wound dressing, injections, IV fluids).
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic or manual formats.
- Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient service.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and clinic protocols.
