As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager role to lead our marketing strategies, particularly in the e-commerce space, to further expand our brand presence and customer engagement.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce marketing, brand management, digital strategy, loyalty and referral programs, event management, and marketing automation strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to drive both online and offline marketing efforts and ensure Elevete Patisserie continues to thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand growth and online sales aligned with business objectives.
● Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM strategies, PR, and events.
● Implement data-driven strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
● Manage e-commerce marketing strategies, optimizing online customer journey and improving conversion rates with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
● Optimize website performance by working closely with web developers and designers to enhance user experience and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
● Develop and manage a customer loyalty program to increase repeat purchases, and implement a referral program to incentivize customer advocacy and organic brand growth.
● Develop personalized email marketing and retargeting strategies to nurture leads and improve retention.
● Lead and coordinate content creation, including visual assets, product descriptions, blog posts, and other digital assets.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales/operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging, seamless CRM integration and customer engagement strategies.
● Implement and manage automation strategies tools for email marketing, retargeting, and customer segmentation to streamline customer engagement.
● Identify partnership opportunities with influencers, brands, and corporate clients to expand reach.
● Analyze market & industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
● Analyze reports on campaign performances by utilizing data analytics to measure e-commerce KPIs, campaign effectiveness, refine marketing strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
● Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Skills
● Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools.
● Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
● Proven experience in managing loyalty and referral programs (e.g., Smile).
● Strong analytical skills and experience in using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
● Creativity and a strong eye for design, with experience in working with graphic designers and content creators.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and sales.
● Certification in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are a plus.
