Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Group Digital & Creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential for driving our digital presence and enhancing our brand through creative marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
2. - Creative Content Development:
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging and high-quality content.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written content for campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
- Innovate new ideas and creative marketing concepts to engage and attract the target audience.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage social media channels, driving growth and engagement through creative campaigns and community interactions.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay current and recommend new initiatives.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
4. SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website and content for search engines to increase visibility and ranking.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search results.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and utilize analytics tools to improve conversion rates.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and public relations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners as necessary.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and support other team members in their marketing initiatives.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to measure ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders showcasing campaign performance and future strategy plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and creative content development.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online marketing tools, and analytic analysis.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
