The Opportunity
This role is based in Malaysia and covers APAC markets including Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Indonesia. As the APAC Digital and Customer Engagement Manager, you will lead the digital connected experience for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and providers across the Abbott Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD) portfolio. You will drive digital marketing solutions, multichannel engagement strategies, and e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer interaction and experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead regional digital strategy and multichannel engagement across therapeutic areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, IT, BI, SFE)
Develop and implement digital tools including marketing automation, webinars, remote visits
Drive consumer digital strategies and ensure brand consistency across platforms
Manage internal and external stakeholders including vendors and agencies
Optimize campaign performance and measure ROI and KPIs
Provide training and documentation for digital tools and platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
6 - 8 years’ experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in healthcare or pharma
Proven experience in digital transformation and strategic project management
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Deep understanding of APAC culture and healthcare infrastructure
High proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with online pharmacy or e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with CLM and SFDC tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
