Job description
- Manage local warehousing activities
- Packing for own delivery/Courier pick up
- General stock cleanliness
- Delivery Arrangements
- Planning delivery routes and maximising no. of delivered packages on daily basis
- Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required
- Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead
- Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required
- Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))
- Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
- Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
- Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis
Job Requirements
- Willing to work at Oval Damansara, TTDI
- Monday - Friday (12pm to 9pm), Sat half day (11am to 3pm)
