Job Responsibilities:
- To dispatch / collect documents and parcels to or from office
- Handling banking / statutory payment matters - bank in cheque
- Well organized; able to maintain punctuality attendance and safekeeping document records properly
- Pick up and send Management / Board of Directors to Airport / Hotel or any place that will be assigns
- Support in filing of documents and other administrative jobs as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Possess a valid driving license (B2 & D) and clean working track record.
- Must be able to work overtime as and when required.
- Familiar with roads and directions, and application such as Waze & Google Map.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays (when necessary)
- Have a positive attitude towards work and self-disciplined.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
