We are looking for two dental surgery assistants who will be in charge of assisting our doctors with dental procedures on a day-to-day basis.
Job scope would include:
- Providing assistance to our dentists and patients during dental procedures
- In charge of cleaning and sterilising instruments
- Setting up instruments prior to patient appointments
- Pouring stone models of teeth
- Keeping up-to-date with inventory and stock and carrying out orders for stock where required
- Occasionally scheduling appointments and follow-up visits for patients (via WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Instagram, walk-ins, etc.)
- Keeping the clinic and surgery premises neat and tidy
The ideal candidate would have:
- At least 1 year DSA experience (those without experience but are looking to make a career change and are interested in learning the field are also welcome to apply and training will be given on the job)
- Good work ethic, hardworking, caring and a willing to learn attitude
- Ability to speak English will be an added advantage as most patients are expats at our practice
- Must be quick, efficient and proactive in carrying out tasks and be able to work independently (the right attitude matters!). This is a fast paced job role and daily work must be completed within the very same day.
- Must value teamwork and be able to work together with your colleagues to ensure our daily workflow is seamless.
- Must be able to work onsite (there is no option for a work from home scenario)
- Must possess own transportation. Closest MRT Station is Sri Damansara (Direct feeder bus available from Sri Damansara MRT to Plaza Arkadia)
- Prior experience in the dental industry would be beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate regardless of prior experience.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
- Saturday: 8.30am - 4pm
- Sunday & certain Public Holidays: Closed (OT will be paid according to Public Holiday rate should the clinic be operating on Public Holidays)
Note: The successful candidate must be fully vaccinated (including having received their booster shot) as we work in a high-risk healthcare environment.
