Responsibilities and Tasks
- Perform outgoing QA inspections in accordance with established OSI/OBA procedures and AWS criteria.
- Conduct product label and CTO inspections, ensuring compliance with SMT and TEST process standards.
- Extract and analyze performance data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Identify and report quality defects/issues, and assist in driving timely closure and verification of corrective actions.
- Maintain document integrity, uniqueness, and compliance with internal and external quality procedures.
- Support OSI/OBA engineers in monitoring DPM/LAR metrics and quality trends.
- Provide shift-level support and guidance to Quality Inspectors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and area-specific work rules.
- Respond to engineer/manager requests as needed, contributing to cross-functional quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, words, outlook, power point.
- Able to work independently and less job supervision.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets in tight schedule with limited resources.
- Strong communication skills and coordinating abilities to work across various functional team.
- Strong hands-on experience with semiconductor testing and analysis tools
- Good and positive interpersonal skills and growth mindset.
Education level:
- T echnical diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
