Duties & Responsibilities:
· Processing Delivery Order (DO) via internal system and customer website system.
· Daily oversee on customer forecast schedule via customer website system.
· Daily cross-checking on lorry drivers loading checklist record with Delivery Order.
· Updating / recording on any reports as required.
· Completing associated paperwork as the deadline required.
· To liaise with internal departments on customers delivery arrangement.
· To coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics department for overall day-to-day activities and ensure
· that operating in an efficient and effective manner.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the designated Superior/Manager and Management.
Requirements:
· No working experiences are required.
· Able to start work immediately.
· Able to work as a team and possess a proactive attitude.
· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
· Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
