- Data Entry: You'll be entering customer information, product details, quantities, pricing, and any other relevant data into our sales order system. Accuracy is key here!
- Order Verification: Once the data is entered, you'll double-check everything to ensure there are no errors. This might involve verifying product availability, pricing, and customer information.
- Customer Service: You may occasionally interact with customers via phone or email to clarify order details or answer questions about their order status.
- Communication: You'll work closely with the sales team, warehouse, and customer service departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and keep everyone informed.
