Position : Data Analyst
Responsibilities
- Gathering data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Preparing and cleaning the collected data by removing inconsistencies, errors, and outliers, and ensuring data quality and integrity for data migration.
- Applying statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract insights from the data, identify patterns, and uncover trends or correlations.
- Creating clear and visually appealing graphs, charts, and reports to effectively communicate the findings of the data analysis to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Presenting data analysis results in a concise and understandable manner to provide actionable recommendations to management or clients.
- Building and maintaining analytical models or algorithms to support forecasting, prediction, or optimization tasks.
- Developing and implementing data management strategies, including data governance, data security, and data storage solutions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams based on projects to ensure data requirements are met and data-driven initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Lead and manage data team by hiring data entry team, delegating daily tasks and set KPI for data entry team.
Requirement & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data management and/or data engineering
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar software.
- Familiarity with data querying languages and database systems.
- Understanding of data cleansing and data preparation techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data analysis findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Experience creating visualizations, reports, and presentations to convey insights in a visually appealing and understandable manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,629.12 - RM3,000.00 per month
