Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: RM1800 – RM2300 (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service cum Admin to handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
· Attend walk-in customer.
· Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
· Prepare reports, invoices, and maintain records in an organized manner.
· Provide administrative support (data entry, scheduling, document management).
· Assist internal departments and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
· Diploma or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic computer skills.
· Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
