Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues
- Record and update customer interactions in the system
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional support at all times
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a bonus!)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
