Job description:
- Respond to customer queries via Email, Call and WhatsApp
- Respond to customer queries via Social media and Marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada
- Assist customer with Returns, Exchanges, Defects and Out of Stock orders
- Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing knowledgeable answers, product inquiry, order placement, feedbacks and complaints
- Follow up with ongoing issue until resolved in a timely manner by liaising between customers and internal/external parties
- Work closely and liaise with internal logistics and 3PL partners
- Assist in online order processing such as generating waybill
Job requirement:
- Candidate must have a good command of the English language and Mandarin (preferred)
- 5 days work week (might require to work on weekend), 9.30am to 7pm
- Able to work in a team and actively communicate
- Work under stress as customers can be demanding at times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
