- Ensure compliance to customer's requirement & other relevant authorities.
- Ensure that the customer's enquiries, requests & complaints are promptly & efficiently attended to.
- Ensure that job functions are met to the level of required expectations & take necessary action if required.
- Assist in any warehouse administrative task as and when required.
- Prepare daily activity report and other reports as per request by superior.
Requirement:
- SPM / Diploma in relevant field with at least 1 - 2 years of working experience as customer service / admin, preferably in warehouse setting environment
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook / Excel / Word / Powerpoint
- Willing to be based in Port Klang Free Zone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
