Job Descriptions
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for import/export shipments via relevant platforms.
- Ensure all customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, permits, etc.) is complete, accurate, and compliant with Malaysian customs regulations.
- Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs, freight forwarders, and government agencies (e.g. MITI, MAQIS, SIRIM) to resolve clearance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HS codes, import/export duties, tariffs, and trade regulations.
- Manage and file relevant permits (e.g. CJ5, CJ3, K1, K2 forms).
- Coordinate with internal logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of shipments and clearance to avoid demurrage or delays.
- Maintain proper recordkeeping of customs documents and declarations for audit purposes.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customs clearance or related field.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Customs Act, HS Code classification, and free trade agreements (FTAs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
