What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments
- Conduct follow-ups with clients on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment terms
- Reconciled account statements and maintained accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any credit-related issues
- Assist in the preparation of collection reports and provide updates to management
- Contribute to the implementation of effective credit control policies and procedures
Who we're looking for
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a credit management or collection role, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
