Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at HL Lee & Co in Petaling Jaya. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for due diligence, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, handling corporate governance issues, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
- IPO, M&A and Capital Market skills
- Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Legal Advisory skills
- Experience in corporate governance and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Admission to the Malaysian Bar
- Degree in Law or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
