- Write, edit, and proofread content across various formats, including web copy, blogs, video scripts, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all customer touch points.
- Optimize content for SEO where applicable, ensuring visibility across search engines and digital channels.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct research on product features, industry trends, and target audience to tailor copy that drives engagement and sales.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to produce timely, relevant content.
