JD – Content Marketing Specialist
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, and budgets
- Assist in market strategy for new products, services, or initiatives
2. Content Planning & Strategy
- Research and develop content ideas aligned with company goals
- Create content calendars and publishing schedules
- Understand audience needs and trends to shape content direction
- Support promotional launches or product updates with content
3. Content Creation
- Create visual content (images, graphics, infographics)
- Produce video content (short-form, reels, tutorials, etc.)
- Design content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok & XHS
- Use design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
Preferred Skills and Tools:
- Proven experience in content creation, marketing, and e-commerce.
- Skilled in photo and video editing tools.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- KOL management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field (optional but preferred)
- 2–3 years’ experience in content creation or digital marketing
- Portfolio of past content work is highly recommended
- Strong written and visual communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
