Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives / Business Consultant to meet monthly team sales target;
- Monitor and enforce daily CRM usage, attendance and activity volume;
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and monthly 1-on-1 review with the team;
- Analyse team performance and submit weekly reports to the Vice President of Sales;
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new representatives;
- Motivate and discipline team members to maintain high-performance culture; and
- Ensure adherence to Company's brand and sales values.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years experience in sales and at least 1 year in team leadership
- Strong communicator and management skills
- Goal and result-oriented, assertive and confident under pressure
- Familiar with any CRM system/platform, coaching and performance tracking tools

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
