Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate commercial transactions, technology contracts, IP licensing, and outsourcing agreements.
- Support regulatory compliance related to corporate, fintech, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on risk management and governance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years PQE with a focus on corporate, technology law, IP, and financial services.
- Experience with cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.
- Ability to work independently in a regional environment.
