Food Preparation
- Assist in mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service – including vegetables, sauces, and meat preparation.
- Cook and assemble basic Western dishes under the direction of the Chef de Partie.
- Support service line during peak periods, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Hygiene & Organization
- Clean and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment before and after service.
- Follow HACCP standards in storing, labeling, and rotating food items.
- Ensure personal hygiene and grooming meet hotel standards.
Learning & Growth
- Learn various Western cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, baking) from senior chefs.
- Ask questions, take feedback positively, and improve based on daily performance evaluations.
- Assist in stock checks, deliveries, and proper food storage procedures.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
