Daily Preparation
- Assist in the preparation of salad mixes, dressings, cold starters, and sandwich items.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
- Perform assigned mise-en-place and plate-up duties for buffet and à la carte operations.
Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Maintain cold room cleanliness and observe proper storage practices for raw and prepared foods.
- Label, date, and store items following HACCP procedures.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and temperature control guidelines.
Team Support & Learning
- Assist in daily kitchen setup and end-of-day closing tasks.
- Learn cold preparation techniques such as carving, curing, marination, and presentation skills.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
