Our outlet at Industry @ The Five, Damansara is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests receive attentive service, a warm welcome, and a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle payment transactions and issue receipts.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to company policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Team player with strong work ethics and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
