HybridWhat you will do
The Commercial Leader drives Revenue Growth Management and Physical Availability for Kenvue’s brands by leading the Sales Operations Programme in Metropolitan Asia. This role is primarily responsible for Pricing strategy, promotion guidelines and process, in-store excellence, commercial planning. This role also supports implementing change in the 8 markets within the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with markets to develop pricing strategy and uncover opportunities to grow value and volume

Leads deployment of Promotion Review process
- Promotion plan sufficiency and key business driver identification
- Plan v actual tracking and review meeting
- Uplift the organization on guideline setting and refresh
- Co-develops Pack Price Channel Architecture Strategy on key brands across Metropolitan Asia Markets
- Lead the Perfect Store capability and execution tracking across markets: collaborating with market and cross-function partners to set in-store excellence action standards, enable in-market execution, gap analysis, performance reviews and related sales incentive / reward programs.
- Owns the relationship with markets on Distributor Excellence, including upskilling capabilities, SFA and contract management
- Owns best practice setting on commercial planning for growth building blocks and sufficiency for business plan delivery
- Develops field performance tracking and instore execution insights under Perfect Store Programme
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years total business experience required across multiple FMCG. Experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Development is a must,
- Strong knowledge of Kenvue Perfect Store Program/previous experience on Perfect Store
- Good understanding of Promotion Review and experience in Trade marketing or Key Accounts
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment, ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands. Proven record in project management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers across countries, up and down two levels without direct authority, to ensure a fully aligned customer/company business plan.
- Strong analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives.
- Demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
