Responsibility:
- Recover debts in a skillful and professional manner from clients.
- To carry out extensive daily calls to negotiate with clients on payments and settlements.
- Remind clients on overdue payments.
- Update clients on Credit Balance.
- Build relationship and rapport with clients.
- Record and report outcome of collection to superior.
- To perform any ad hoc duties and assignment given by management without compromise.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Realiable and trustworthy.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Collection / Recovery or Customer Service.
- Ability to communicate with people from all levels.
- Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure with attention to details.
