- Prepare and manage company letters, memos, invoices, quotations, and official documents.
- Manage employee records (personal files, IC/passport, work permit, training certificate, medical check-up, SOCSO, EPF, salary documents).
- Handle new staff documentation (application forms, contracts, uniforms).
- Maintain proper filing systems (hardcopy & softcopy).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents (company profile, financial statements, employee details, licences, and certifications).
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date (SSM, MOF, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, KDN, insurance, etc.) before tender submission.
- Upload and submit tender/bidding documents via online portals (ePerolehan, etc.).
- Keep proper records of submitted tenders and track deadlines.
- Liaise with management to ensure tender requirements are met on time.
