Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in office administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a professional environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document scanning
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital records
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
- Support staff with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and correspondence
- Ensure documents and information are handled with confidentiality and accuracy
- Provide general support to various departments as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- SPM with experience more than 1 year in warehouse or related field.
- Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
