- To assist & handle litigation matters.
- Drafting and prepare cause papers, letters, court orders and all other related and necessary correspondences.
- To liaise directly with client, third parties and government agencies, when necessary.
- To assist in preparing and compiling exhibits for affidavits, bundle of documents, record of appeal & other legal documents.
- Keeping track of attorney time records and billing.
- Filing legal documents (e-filing skills are preferred)
- Transcribing dictations
- Corresponding with clients
- Maintaining calendars
- Maintain professional interaction with clients
- Be familiar with certain court procedures
- Meet deadlines
- Attending to instructions given by the Associates, Head of Branch and/ or Partners
- Having no problem to work overtime or weekend, when necessary
- To assist in attending court case
- Minimum LLB from recognized University
- Willing to learn, Proactive, Hardworking, and work as team.
- Has interest in handling litigation matter.
- Diligent & possess a positive attitude.
- Well-organized and able to multitask.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
