Job Scope & Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure all opening, operating, and closing procedures are followed properly, and all checklists are utilised on a daily basis.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen/store for restocking.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained according to SOP and regulatory requirements.
2. Staff Supervision & Training
- Lead, supervise, and motivate service staff during shifts.
- Assist in the scheduling and rostering of team members.
- Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS system.
- Monitor staff performance and report any issues to the Outlet/Restaurant Manager.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address any issues that affect the guest experience.
- Ensures the outlet maintains a minimum average rating of 4.7 stars across online platforms.
4. Quality of Food & Drinks
- Ensure the highest quality of drinks and desserts are served in a fast and timely manner.
- Work with the kitchen to ensure high quality, fast and presentable delivery of food.
- Ensure all food and drinks are served presentably according to SOP.
5. Sales & Profitability
- Support promotional initiatives, upselling efforts and catering activities.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Monitor wastage and take steps to control costs.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily sales and shift reports (end of day sales report).
- Ensure petty cash is submitted timely for review of the Outlet Manager.
- Ensure all deliveries of FOH products are in good order and signed off. Followed by uploading all delivery invoices into FMH timely.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
