Responsibilities:
· Prepare and bake cakes and pastries, including mixing and fillings, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
· Follow recipes and maintain product consistency.
· Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools, equipment, and appliances to prepare baked items.
· Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene practices.
· Ability to lift heavy items for an extended period.
· Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
· Ensure the proper storage and maintenance of baking utensils and tools.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, ensuring compliance with company sanitation standards.
· Possess good communication skills and able to work smoothly with team members.
· Assist in recording daily production quantities and help with ingredient stock checks.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
· Possess a relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Willing to work on shifts, overtime , weekends, and public holidays.
· Willing to learn and able to cope with a fast-paced working environment.
