Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams during shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations and handle any operational issues
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Manage staff schedules and ensure proper manpower during shifts
- Train and support team members to uphold café SOPs and service standards
- Monitor inventory, place and collect orders, and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Report directly to the management and assist with other administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Driving License (D)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in café/restaurant supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiar with café operations, POS system, and customer service standards
- Pleasant, reliable, and team-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
