Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in IT (Contract Staffing, BPO, Augmentation).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that drive our expansion.
- Provide critical market insights to shape strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and account management.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with clients.
- Significant experience in IT Consulting & Contract Staffing (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience working with diverse clients and cultures is a plus.
