As Tramigo’s Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving sales growth and expanding our presence across Malaysia. This role offers autonomy to manage the full B2B sales process, from identifying high-potential opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. With all the necessary sales materials and applications in place, your focus will be on devising strategies to engage resellers and negotiate agreements with new customers.
You won’t be working alone – you’ll have the full support of our Regional Director and sales team. Additionally, Tramigo provides long-term growth opportunities, including the potential to build and lead your own team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Track and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the MCPTT product line.
· Monitor and update the status of key projects and accounts on a weekly basis.
· Conduct inside sales for the Malaysia market, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communications.
· Assist the Sales Director with ad hoc tasks, such as preparing presentations, managing data, and coordinating meetings.
· Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and plans.
· Provide administrative support, including scheduling, organizing documentation, and handling correspondence related to sales activities.
We expect from you:
· Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire sales process.
· Proven experience: Several years of B2B sales experience in a global working environment.
· Results-oriented: Strong goal-setting and solution-focused approach.
· Collaboration skills: Great interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
· Language proficiency: Full working proficiency in English; additional fluency in Malay, Mandarin, or other local languages is an advantage.
· Eagerness to learn: Enthusiastic about exploring new growth opportunities and adapting to emerging trends.
Additional assets:
· Prior experience in solution-based sales, particularly with Push-to-Talk, tech, or IoT solutions.
· A strong network or previous experience working with government agencies or public sector clients.
· Relevant educational background in technical or business-related fields.
