We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Business Development Executive (PR) to build strong relationships with the community, enhance the centre’s visibility, and communicate our mission through effective outreach and media strategies.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, to support sales efforts and promotional activities.
Requirements/ Qualification:
- Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing/direct sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare/human health activities industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
