Responsibilities:
- Proactively explore and identify emerging business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Engage with clients to assess their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prospect, approach, and convert leads into business deals through end-to-end sales activities.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle client negotiations and coordinate agreement terms with relevant parties.
- Liaise with internal teams to track and support successful project execution.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.
Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation, with experience in meeting or surpassing targets.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker who can analyze trends and formulate growth plans.
- Driven, independent, and focused on achieving results.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.
- Fresh graduates with strong passion for business development are encouraged to apply.
