Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients, industries and market segments for business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations and client acquisitions.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and their value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process, provide necessary information and address client inquiries.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform business development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and develop potential business relationships.
- Follow up on leads and proposals, negotiate terms and facilitate contract closure.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales pipeline and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Business Development Manager.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a related role in business development or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to win new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
