About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, driving data-driven decision-making, and enhancing system efficiencies across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Process Improvement: Evaluate real-time data to identify inefficiencies, define business needs, and recommend system and process enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams (Sales, Finance, Compliance, IT, etc.) to gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop clear process documentation, functional specifications, and monthly status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing, validate system changes, and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Strategic Leadership: Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems development, or data analytics.
- Expertise in database management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) with experience presenting findings to executives.
- Proven track record in process documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in technical writing and creating user-friendly documentation.
