- To assist our Building Manager/Executive on M&E matters.
- To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained.
- Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to the schedule.
- Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors and service providers.
- Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
Requirements :-
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond.
- 1-3 years working experience in highrise building.
- Good discipline and able to work independently
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
